Why I can hear the sound of the pump working, but machine cannot pump any fluid?
There are 3 of possibilities:
1. Please confirm if the inlet and outlet tubes are installed upside down
2. Please confirm that your fluid is water-like, or the pump may not be able to draw the fluid
3. Tube is leaking at somewhere, please check it
Waht is the maximum weighing of this model?
The maximum weighing is 600 grams. Please don’t put items heavier than 600g, otherwise the weighing system may be damaged.
If I need to fill bottles more than 100 grams, can I use this model? Do you have any suggestions?
Sure, but not recommended. Because the pump speed equipped on this liquid filling machine is only 1200 g/min, which means that if your bottle valume is 200g, it will take at least 10 seconds to fill one bottle.
